Campers, Parents,
Coaches, and Friends:
Nine years
ago, I started running commuter and overnight wrestling camps under the name of All-American Wrestling Camps. Five
years later, I changed the name of the camp system to Victory Wrestling. I enjoyed every second of these camps and it
has been my pleasure to work with over 4,000 campers, 50 coaches, and 150 staff members during this time. I'd like
to thank all the host schools, dedicated staff, volunteer helpers, and Bill Shearer and his family.
While I will
continue to be involved with the camps, I am turning them over to my good friend Will Wineburg. Will is the first
4X Div. I State Champion in the State of Ohio. He values the education of wrestlers and has a passion
for these camps. I will be taking a step back from the day to day operations to devote more time to my family and new
job as the assistant wrestling coach at Lehigh University. Lehigh has placed in the top 10 in the NCAA Championships six out
of the past seven years and I am exited about the future of the program. My wife and I are expecting our third child
this summer. Our boys Boaz (3) and Zeke (1) are growing up fast and I look forward to spending a little more time with
them.
I have enjoyed
the friendships I have made with campers, parents, and coaches over the past nine years. Will Wineberg has some great
ideas to make these camps even better and he will be able to implement these changes quickly to benefit all of the campers
this year. I encourage you to attend again this year as these camps continue to get better with Will Wineberg now
on board.
